About these terms

This website is run by ZOJO. "We", "us" and "our" mean ZOJO. "You" means anyone who visits the site or buys from it.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked here: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Exchange and Return Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Orders are covered by the terms that were live when you placed them.

Who can buy

You need to be at least 18, or be using the site with a parent or guardian's permission. This store sells to customers in the United States and delivers only to US addresses.

Your account and signing in

You can sign in with your Google account. If you do, we use your Google name and email to set up your ZOJO account. Keep your Google account secure, because anything done through it on our site counts as done by you. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Products and prices

Every tee is printed to order in the USA after you order. Colors, brightness and print position can look a little different from photos on a screen. That's normal and isn't a defect.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free. We may change prices, offers and products at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. If a price or product detail is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Discount codes

Each code has its own rules, and checkout shows whether it applies. We may end a code at any time. Codes can't be swapped for cash.

Payment

You pay the full amount online when you order. Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through. Until then it shows as unpaid, and we don't print or ship it. Your payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Shipping

Delivery times are in our Shipping Policy. They're estimates. Carriers, holidays and weather can cause delays that we can't control.

Cancellations

Before printing starts, you can cancel from your Orders page and get a full refund.

Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled, but you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

We may cancel an order if the product can't be made, the address can't be served, the payment looks fraudulent, or there's a clear pricing mistake. In that case you get a full refund.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

These are covered by our Exchange and Return Policy. In short: you can return an unworn, unwashed tee with its tag on within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason, or ask for a free replacement or another size. Refunds go to your original payment method in 5 to 7 business days, or to store credit right away.

Store credit

Store credit sits in your ZOJO account and can be used on future orders on this site. It can't be withdrawn as cash or moved to another account.

Designs and content

All designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to ZOJO or are used with permission. You can't copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. Buying a tee doesn't give you any rights to the design.

Reviews and messages you send us

If you post a review or photo, you confirm it's your own and honest, and you let us show it on our site and social pages. We may remove anything that's abusive, false, or breaks someone else's rights.

Using the site

Please don't use the site for anything illegal, try to break into it or its systems, scrape it, send spam, or give false details when you order. We may block access or cancel orders if you do.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the site working and the information on it correct, but we can't promise it'll always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be excluded.
