Who we are

ZOJO runs this store and decides how your personal data is used on it. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google: your name and email address. We don't get your Google password.

When you order: your delivery name, address and phone number, what you bought and how much you paid. Payment details are entered with our payment provider, and we never see or store them.

When you contact us: what you write to us by email, the chat on the site or WhatsApp, and any photos you send, such as photos of a damaged tee.

When you leave a review: your name as shown, your rating, what you write and any photos.

When you browse: your cart and wishlist, and basic technical details like browser, device and pages visited.

Why we use it

  • To take your order, print it, deliver it and send you updates about it
  • To take payments and send refunds or store credit
  • To keep your account, order history and store credit in one place
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges and complaints
  • To prevent fraud and fake orders
  • To keep invoices and accounts as the law requires
  • To send offers by email, only if you signed up for them. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails.
  • To see how the site is used and to measure our ads

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Google, for sign-in
  • Our payment provider, which processes your payments and refunds
  • Our print and shipping partner in the USA and the carrier they use. They get your name, delivery address and phone number so they can print, pack and deliver your order.
  • Our email provider, which sends order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions
  • Our website host and our database provider
  • Analytics and advertising tools, when they are switched on (see below)

We don't sell your data. We may share it with the authorities if the law requires us to.

Cookies and analytics

We use a few cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart.

We may also use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. They show us which pages people visit, how pages are used and how our ads perform. You can block these cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

  • Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires. This includes your name, address and what you bought.
  • Your account: until you ask us to delete it
  • Support messages: while your account is open, or until you ask us to delete them
  • Analytics data: for the retention period set in each tool
  • Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you
  • correct anything that's wrong or out of date
  • delete your account and data, using our data deletion page. We'll delete everything except the order and invoice records the law says we must keep.
  • withdraw a consent you gave, such as for marketing emails

Email hello@wearzojo.com for any of these. We may ask you to confirm it's your account first. We reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

The site runs on HTTPS. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and only the people who run ZOJO can see order details. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Children

The site isn't meant for children under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us their data, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if anything changes and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or on the site.
