Exchange and return policy
The short version
7-day easy returns. Within 7 days of delivery (the delivery day counts) you can return your tee for a full refund, for any reason. If it arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong, we can send a new one instead. If the size doesn't fit, we can send another size for free.
Cancelling an order
- Not with our printer yet: cancel from your Orders page and it's cancelled right away with a full refund.
- With our printer but not printed yet: tap Cancel and we ask them to stop it. Your order shows "Cancellation requested" and we email you. Once they confirm, it's cancelled and your full refund goes out on its own, usually within a few hours.
- Printing has started: the tee is already being made, so the order can't be cancelled. You can still return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns for a full refund
Open your order page, choose Return or replace, pick a reason and choose where the money goes. Changed your mind is fine.
We confirm within 2 business days and set up the return at no cost to you. Once the return is booked, we send your full refund.
Damaged, misprinted, poor quality or wrong tee
Pick what's wrong, write a few words about it and add 1 to 5 clear photos: the problem up close, and the whole tee with its size label. Then choose:
- a replacement: the same tee and size, printed again, free, or
- a full refund.
If the package looks damaged on arrival, don't accept it and write to us.
Wrong size
Pick Size doesn't fit and choose the new size. We send the same design in that size for free. You can take a full refund instead if you'd rather.
Condition of the tee
Send it back unused and unwashed, with the tag on. We can't accept a tee that has been worn, washed or damaged after delivery, or a request after the 7 days. If we can't accept a return, we tell you why by email.
How refunds are paid
You choose:
- To your original payment method. It shows up in 5 to 7 business days.
- As store credit in your ZOJO account. It's instant.
